Unionize now

The union of truckers is gone, we are next upon this group. The story of glass installation members need to unionize now. We had a good run, but without unionization today, we are dead in the water.. believe me,,, the average glass installer makes the same hourly wage as 10-15 years ago when you include inflation.

Re: Unionize now

I have lead thousands of you, I was right to lead you one way, I believe many ,all of you prospered on my advice getting the unions out many years ago.. my advise today. You need the unions back... no job is safe today unless you have the proper use of collective bargaining... again, trust me, and let me lead you to a more equivalent personal pay value.. you trusted me once,,, let me lead you again.

Re: Unionize now

Barak, is that you?

Re: Unionize now

Jimmy, is that you after all these years?

Re: Unionize now

Looks like Hillary found herself a job.

Re: Unionize now

Let me get this right. You lead workers to get rid of the union and now you want people to follow you to get a union back. That is idiotic! I will save you a lot of trouble, just send me $15 a week and I will represent you.

Re: Unionize now

That is Jimmy Hoffa talking from his resting place inside a bridge abutment.

Re: Unionize now

Union ? Get a life ! That's for lazy yankee people.Who ask what
can the company do for me. Not what can I do too help the company
be more successful, so I can stay employed. The average sale price of autoglass
has stedaly gone down over the past 16 years. It's basically the installer
gets $25.00 per job. If your any good you should make $1000.00-$1500.00 a week,
probably not gonna do it in 40 hours though. My guys usually make about $750
a week because they are generation X, have no umphh. I'm 55 years old and can
still perform 12 quality installations a day. Quit crying and get out there
and hustle !!!

Re: Unionize now

the sad thing is everybody will stick together until business slows down and then someone will do jobs for less or start a new business from the back of there 1985 chevy s-10. lucky I got
out of doing auto glass stick with flat glass and you never need to undercut your self to stay alive

Re: Unionize now
