Fuyao $41 million 2016 loss- in Glassbytes post 2/28/17

Within the article, the company stated:

"Fuyao Glass America Inc. is expected to step into a benign development track in 2017"

Could somebody translate that Chinese verbiage into English? I have a Masters degree in economics and never heard that mouthful before! The guy must have been an Obama speech writer to have concocted that.
