2012 Lexus CT 200 replacement (FW 3399)

Hello all. I have a customer that has a 2012 Lexus 200 that is needing a windshield replacement. I have not done one on these yet.I was wondering if anyone knows if the outer molding/ A pillar covers have to be destroyed when removing them during an installation like so many Lexus vehicles. I was told that they have to be destroyed and replaced by the Lexus parts department. Does anyone have any advice they can give me regarding this? Thanks.

We use new side mldgs on these R-75535-76010 & L-75536-76010
