Using or not using Nags

Can you please in form me as to how to bill my Insurance jobs

not using Nags.

Where do I get my part #,s from and how do I get the list price from those

part #,s to base my pricing on?

Please who ever answers please be of help not sarcastic, I am new

and trying to learn.

We went to direct billing as soon as we opened and did our 1st job

which took alittle time to get down but we have managed to get 3/4 of

our jobs paid in a timely fashion, billing direct.

Thanks from the help of others we were able to bypass tpa,s from the

beginning.

Our Atty needs info on how to bypass using the Nags as a tool for billing.

We appreciate any info you can provide.

Re: Using or not using Nags

There are, to my knowledge, only 2 sources for list prices

Nags
Dealer

Anything else is tough to defend to insurance companies ( if there are others, I'm willing to learn)

Here you go, LONG ISLAND GLASS GUY, pay attention and learn:

glass cost + supplies cost + labor cost + building & vehicle overhead including rent, utilities etc. PLUS a profit that allows a reasonable return on investment---- and if you cannot "defend to insurance companies" your resulting selling price, then you need to do more than get out of the glass business, you need to stop being in business for yourself period and go to work for somebody.

Re: Using or not using Nags

My own man---- when you listed a few examples of the overhead components, you certainly should have pointed out your INSURANCE expense!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And then ask your insurance company to DEFEND their ever rising premiums!!!!!!
