I am interviewing a Safelite salesperson. She seems nice, but this would be my first salesperson. I'm nervous about the investment vs the return.

don't look at them as a sales person or even call them that.
look at them as a person to keep your name in front of your customers.
Give them clear direction of the business you want and don't want.
it will be one of the best investments you ever made in your business.
clear guidelines and expectations is a must.
Sales is part of it, marketing, Public relations, a person to bridge the gap between service issues/concerns with your operations.
