New NAGS List Does Not Include Lubricant

Nags announced a "moderate" decrease in their new calculator. The backglass being put in has undergone approximately a 42% decrease in list. what do they consider a "substantial" decrease?

I don't need to ignore anything anymore. I'm involved but out of that end of the business. What you say is easier said then done in the NY market.
