We are about to submit our 1st ever Direct Bill to 21st century, we will not honor a 3rd party, nor will we adhere to dictation of pricing, and lastly we are done talking with one of our competitors.........(And no, we are not on Safelites network!!!) Just curious if anyone else has direct billed them and if so, what were the results? I'm assuming they still send the invoice over to Safelite, and I'm assuming they will aslo attempt to short pay our invoice??? Again, just curious to anyone that may have or had experience with this particular insurer....
