I can see a lot of things gunna happen with this.Phone call question will go from how much to supply & install a new w/shield in my vehicle TO how much to install a w/shield in my vehicle I have my own W/shield [new] glass ?? Then it begins, if u install it how long will u warranty it ??Then if there is any problem u will be the one that gets badmouthed.Problems like poor fitment of glass or mouldings, tempered parts not fitting properly etc etc etc..Next thing u know will just have to stop at Wall Mart & pick up glass,& some open 24hrs to..GREAT..Looking forward to reading all input, Good OR BAD..Just my 2 cents[Canadian that is ] Gday EH..
If LKQ sells to body shops @ same price as glass shops there will be a lot of chatter that will spread the great prices on glass @ LKQ.This could be a pain in the ass for all sectors of auto glass replacement or maybe just a bump in the road, we will find out this fall.
