I just R & R'd one the other day. Start by removing inner side and upper trim pieces. Defrost wires are at top corners. There are 6 nuts holding spoiler, I had to use 12 point 13mm socket to remove. Unplug 3rd brake light harness and washer hose. The spoiler edge was attached to glass with foam adhesive tape. Then there are 3 or 4 plastic clips which hold the spoiler to the door - just in case the nuts weren't enough. The urethane bead was not very wide and not flattened out. There is an alignment pin / clip on each side about midway down.
