Smiley Direct billing

Hey Smiley,

We followed your lead and sent invoices to bwglass@farmersinsurance.com

they end up sending it over for S/L to process so this method does not work.

We will win in court but the direct billing method you are saying works

does not. Try again

I never said to send invoices there. Read my Sept 1 post again. I said in certain instances we send our invoices directly to SL because if we send them to the insurance company they forward them to SL anyway. We haven't found a way to stop insurers from doing that, and all it does is slow down the payment. The sooner we get a partial payment, the sooner we can collect the short pay.
