2015 Sonata cracking sound

Have a 2015 Sonata that the windshield was replaced and now there is a crackling sound coming from windshield/headliner area. Replaced windshield again still same noise. Had anyone had this issue before? Ive seen numerous articles about this vehicle making the same noise without any windshield work done.

I just did a warranty replace of the roof panel for that reason.
