08 mercedes e350 door glass

I have a Mercedes R350 front door glass to do a replacement any pointers on how to deal with the door panel

Some of these you have to take the outside molding off to get the holes for the regulator...

The biggest thing to remember on any door panel is take your time and be patient, sometimes you can find people on youtube taking stuff apart and you can see where screws are hidden , etc.
