Got a customer traveling claims windshield is leaking there is no way need shop to watet test its a newer ford truck and water is on pass side floor board of course we think heater box...
I think I talked some sense to this guy, told him get a garden hose and flood the cowl on the pass side, if it leaks, no ways its the windshield. The tech that put it in just does not have problems, pulls cowls etc. And we all know water does not run up hill. Every time I have seen this it is from a heater box, the most common thing is the hose getting kinked by someone stretching out and kinking the hose, so that it lets the condensation drip out but not water..
