beware the FW3541

We are doing a windshield on a 2013 Mercedes GL450.

The dealer, using the VIN gave us the M/B part # 166 670 1001

the computer translates this into an FW3541

WRONG !!!!!

The FW3541 we received ( PGW brand, made in USA) does not have the required electrical components in the upper left portion of the large black plastic gizmo on the windshield.

The Dealer glass has it

Beware

Re: beware the FW3541

True but lets ask ourselves, do we really need all those hook ups?

Re: beware the FW3541

would you like to put it in and hope it works?

Re: beware the FW3541

The identical situation happened to us except ours was a Pilkington
