Do It! After 20 years in business I am taking my first employee to court for stealing. All the time we would just let it go but all that is doing is letting the scumbag employee go to another and another shop and steal and do bad work for them.

Only a Grand? It will cost you that in the time and aggravation...Just be lucky it is only a G note! It is just not with it, figure you time, and costs to file etc...and it could get dragged out...Just my opinion.

YUP leak pro master of leakers will always roll over and let ins co's and tpa's walk all over them,,, oh and employees too.... Oh I don't have time to fight them, and oh it will cost me too much. scammers work for this guy,,, he has no balls............what a duffus.
