Hi guys, I'm looking for a part number for a 68 Pont. Beaumont convertible windshield. My system doesn't list a Beaumont and the Chevelle doesn't list a convertible.
I see the same thing but it looks like the 2 dr models call for dw709 or dw724. same block size. I would have to guess that the 2 dr convert would be the same as the 2dr coupe but not positive. Good luck, post what you find. Interesting

Thanks for your help
A Chevelle and Tempest windshield should be the same for this. They were all essentially the same car (1966 to 1969). Like Camaro/Firebird etc. Just an educated guess but I would go that route.
Not positive although I should have notes on this from past experience.. I think it is the DW660 and it's more of a full size car. A quick measurement should solve that..
68-72 Chevelle (Malibu Monte Carlo DW752 w/ant, DW711 w/o)
Job# 68-13567
68-72 Tempest (Le Mans Custom DW752 & DW711 also)
Job# 68-23567 68-223767 68-24267
67-68 Bonneville Grand Prix (Full Size) DW660
Job# 68-25267 68-26267
All of those era GM cars had a Job#, I can not recall where it was located,
but that should seal it for you.
Go to the link I posted. It shows a picture of a Beaumont convert and tells the history of the cars. This one is definitely a GM intermediate car. This one is a 68 it takes a DW 711 no ant.
Funny thing is I think **** Yankee is/ was right. We probably had a dozen inquiries especially in Canada over the years and always thought we supplied DW660.. no time to read up and google today . We also get inquires for the Arcadian and few other models not noted in NAGS catalogue. Too Bad the old catalogues do not list all model variations , would solve a lot..
Look at pictures. The Beaumont is the same body as the chevelle. NOT a Catalina. Catalina was similar to the GTO allot bigger car, or full size car. Again the Beaumont is the same body as chevelle. different grill and dash and tail lights. google it.
That was my first hope Smiley but that was right where part of the garage roof landed. I was told it was the same body as the Chevelle so I'm guessing it will be a DW00752 since it has an antenna.

Lee has it correct.
Hmm not to shoot you down but there are different version of the Beaumont, there is the Chevelle style and then there is the Catalina style. the GTO's also had the lead sled style and the sport coupe style the GTO judge is the like the chevelle style. so there are different version for every vehicle not just what you can GOOGLE and look at pics on a computer. Different years had drastic changes to the body style. when people say 68 Beaumont they first thing us old people think of is the old LOOOOOONG body style lead sled's..
