Re: Direct bill question

We get NO referrals from networks. We do get some jobs through networks but only customer who INSIST on our shop, and they have to be very clear about it and take no guff. Those we get allot of. And when pricing from networks is not up to our standards we direct bill every time. I have not found an ins co that I cannot bill direct.

Also the ins co's know what was fair and reasonable in 2005 is still fair today. We should bring back MN cap pricing. It's still fair today, and the networks and ins co's know it.

Allot more shops than you know are direct billing and getting paid MUCH better. It's not talked allot about because they are trying hard to shut many doors.

So more shops are direct billing every day, and those that are not are just plain scared. They don't realize they will die if they don't. It's just a matter of time.

No costs have gone down since 2005 so why should fair billing go down?
The answer is way easy. you just have to do it.and follow through. simple
