Most of the reports would be internal. Culled from mountains of data that is collected from running the faux-"Accounts payable-auto glass" for the major insurance companies of the United States.

Many insurance companies have completely outsourced their auto glass claims unit to _____________.

Basis for the relationship: Pay the bills, keep costs in line and you can have first crack at the insureds !
