Attn: Arizona shops

Can anyone give me insight to Legacy Insurance Services? I know they have screwed me over twice recently on claims. One invoice was for $600 they paid me $200 and the insurance company verified they paid them the invoice amount, therefore they pocketed the difference of $400. Anyone have any dealings with them?
