How come you never posted anything asking if State Auto should increase payments when we were all taking it up the you know what with two 3 per cent price increases back to back last year? Your TPA didn't and isn't and wasn't concerned when distributors started nailing us for gas, or when we absorbed two separate 3% price increases last year. All we get are constant faxes lowering discounts and lowering discounts and lowering discounts, with no regard to safety and pre-loss condition. And now you ask us to give you the go-ahead to lower KIT charges? What a gem this is. This is why many of us hate dealing with your TPA and the connected insurance companies.
