Billing

We are dropping off of Farmers, and some of the other low ball insurance companies. How do we then go about billing? Farmers says we still have to go through Safelite, and get the non member rate, which, from what I'm told, is often times the exact same rate as the member rate. Any ideas???

Re: Billing

BILL THE CUSTOMER DIRECT A FAIR PRICE TAKE PICs OF ANY RUST OR EXTRA WORK SELL YOURSELF AND INFORM AS TO WHY YOU WONT WORK WITH THE NETWORK LET HIM CLAIM THE MONEY BACK FROM INSURANCE AGENT THEY WONT TELL THEIR CUSTOMERS NO AS EASY AS THEY WILL TELL YOU

Re: Billing

Maybe you should just stay on the program, pick the ones you want, the rest of 'em tell the owner they have to pay you direct and submit it to their agent. Explain to them the "revenue neutral" big lie; how Farmer's list price discounts are now almost 50% off this "revenue neutral" list price and if they wish for your shop to do the replacement you must receive payment direct from vehicle owner.
