Funny When LYNX Doesn’t Want You to Buy from PPG.

I have a BMW 525 with all the bells & whistles that requires a Fw2449. PPG only has a premium and has it netted at $535.00. LYNX only wants to pay $427.00 for the glass.
Yes I know all the alternatives, But PPG has glass available NOW to be installed.
LYNX doesn’t want to pay for PPG’s glass

Re: Funny When LYNX Doesn’t Want You to Buy from PPG.

Read some of my other posts about this SGlass. LYNX even told us our supplier was charging "to much" which was very funny when we told them it was PPG, the parent company of LYNX. Of course, the LYNX rep argued about as well saying LYNX was its own company not controlled by PPG.

Re: Funny When LYNX Doesn’t Want You to Buy from PPG.

I think that we need to respect Lynx and buy as little as possible from PPG (also use Lynx as little as possible).

Re: Funny When LYNX Doesn’t Want You to Buy from PPG.

I think I think like J.

OR at least I LIKE to think I think I think like J.

OR...I think I think I like to think I think like J.

What ever...

WHAT J SAID!

I'm going for aspirin....

Re: Funny When LYNX Doesn’t Want You to Buy from PPG.

I would like to say this, which i have said to people before. If they can buy it so **** cheap, they can buy it and for labor i will put it in.

Re: Funny When LYNX Doesn’t Want You to Buy from PPG.

Hey Sglass just looked at that part, does your PPG not give you something off on a net?

Re: Funny When LYNX Doesn’t Want You to Buy from PPG.

PPG will not reduce the price from $535.00 for me.
LYNX wants to pay $427.00

Re: Funny When LYNX Doesn’t Want You to Buy from PPG.

and how pray tell were you supposed to make a comfy profit for risking 5 large ?

Re: Funny When LYNX Doesn’t Want You to Buy from PPG.

To not reveal industry secrets or my pricing structure, I have talked to 2 other people that are small scale (i have no idea how big you are) and they get like b/t 10 -30 off that $535, LOF makes this part also FYI mygrant stocks it

Re: Funny When LYNX Doesn’t Want You to Buy from PPG.

Do you really want to use a FYG on a BMW with a rain sensor, condensation sensor, and a built in missle targeting system in the glass?

Re: Funny When LYNX Doesn’t Want You to Buy from PPG.

Did i say FYG?

Re: Funny When LYNX Doesn’t Want You to Buy from PPG.

I SAID F Y I

Which means For Your Information

Re: Funny When LYNX Doesn’t Want You to Buy from PPG.

I've put many FYGs in both BMWs and Volvos. When I worked for D/T, FYG was about all they stocked. Shockingly enough the FYGs don't do too bad on them. Its the Fords I always had problems with when setting an FYG.

Re: Funny When LYNX Doesn’t Want You to Buy from PPG.

FYG = OEM Honda, OEM Volkswagon , OEM AUDI

Yep doubt me thats ok!

Re: Funny When LYNX Doesn’t Want You to Buy from PPG.

A smart man would be buying stock in FYG. They are listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

Re: Funny When LYNX Doesn’t Want You to Buy from PPG.

Do you dabble in stocks AGN?? seems risky

Re: Funny When LYNX Doesn’t Want You to Buy from PPG.

AGN - I agree the FYG seems to work pretty good in the BMW's even the ones with the rain sensors.
The ford vans are a different story all together.

Re: Funny When LYNX Doesn’t Want You to Buy from PPG.

I think I'll start a new glass manufacturing co.

Call it, NFG

(NO FRIGGING GOOD)!!!!!!!

I'm goin' home ....Good Night.

Re: Funny When LYNX Doesn’t Want You to Buy from PPG.
