NAGS up or down?

I think I know the answer but, does anyone know if NAGS list pricing went up or down? If so, what is the precentage

The overall list price change between the 09/11/06 NAGS update and the one going into effect on 01/08/07 is +3.60%. I ran our top 50 selling parts against the new NAGS and we have a +4.25% change.

I believe it is a +4% on average (rumored), have not figured out what the top50 parts change was, which is what matters the to most of us.

I want to know when PPG is going to announce there next "were not making enuff money" price increase, this always seems to follow a nags update,
