No labor hours listed

Did a 2521 w/s in a Hino truck and NAGS has no listing for labor hours. I called nags and they said that if there isn't a labor listed on the collision side they have nothing to go by. This number fits back to 2005, it should have hours listed i think

Anyone aware of any other numbers with the same problem?

Doesn't sound like a problem to me. Just bill them whatever your time and materials are... plus markup.

They should all be so easy.

We have run into that on a couple new vehicles and we have use the last year that had the listing for labor hours

I think NAGS has a great data base of hours, however on occasion I think there is no hours listed, usually a TPA allows like 2.5 ...
