Great Lakes Management?

Anyone every performed services for Great lakes Management? Sounds like a fleet management, TPA style, company.

They wanted 20% off NAGS, $60 flat labor, and $20 kit for a 2007 Ford Fusion (3.9 hrs labor according to NAGS btw). Oh and then they required a Carlite brand windshield on top of that.

Just wondering if anyone had any experience with this company? Thanks

They can be ok. I use to do lots of auction vehicles for them. The carlite can tricky depending on your vendor. Most of the carlite parts are net priced so beware! Ask up front what percentage you get on net priced items that cost more than the 20% off Nags.
They required us to email them the invoices that is listed on an excel spreadsheet.
They paid fairly quick as far as I can remember!
