nothing like a small amount of personal experience to help guide those people through their decisions. ha ha.

insurance wasn't a big issue till it hit them personally, just like anybody buy the insurance and figures is you need it you got it.

ALMOST makes me hope a few of these glass claims managers have someone close to them get hurt in an accident due to a faulty windshield installation.

Maybe then they will start to understand how important the windshield is, maybe.
