I was recently called by an outfit out of Maine looking for Auto Glass dealers to sell a supplemental windshield replace/repair insurance policy. The company seems on the up and up but it still seems too good to be true. Does anyone have any experience with Road Guardian?
They are asking the AG dealers to sell them. If a claim is put in, they call Guardian, approve or disapprove, and the AG does the replacement/repair. The claim is paid by Gardian immediately via CC.
I have hear of car dealers selling this and then them fufilling the repairs via the glass shop.. Not sure i am almost positive that here its called guardian
It sounds like the same Road Guardian. Apparently they started by offering dealerships the plicies to sell as an addon. They ave since started expanding and going directly to shops to sell the insurance package as well as servicing those clients.
