Mr. Levine made a gross error in judgement with Karen and Doug. What qualifications did they bring to the table to run the company? They promoted a lot of people into big positions who are not qualified and have really put the company into a steeper hole. Without a complete overhaul I can't see this company ever getting back to profitability. Auto Glass is not the lucrative industry it once was, and Diamond is
not immune to the marketplace. I see lots of store closings in their future and though nothing is impossible, without new operations and field people Ken will be up the creek without a paddle.
