The networks strike again!

Received a dispatch from Lynx/Allstate a few day's ago for a repair. Sent a tech out to take care of and we find it's larger that a quarter, and in the drivers line of vision. I and the tech explain that the repair can not be performed and the reasoning why. He said that he wanted to call his insurance agent. Told him that was fine, just let us know how he wanted to procede. He talked to his agent, who agreeed with us. He calls Lynx back to change to a repair and they tell him that they have a company that will do the repair (even in the line of vision) and since insured doesn't want to pay his deductible, he is going with the other company. Can't believe that Lynx told him that but they DID!

Re: The networks strike again!

Seems like networks are a waste of time. Your probably better off chasing commercial accounts.

What a day.

Re: The networks strike again!

We have a good solid commercial base (thank god!) I don't chase after agencies. D/T & S/G have most of the agent's in this area wrapped up. No steering, yeah right.

If you continue to support PPG glass then don't complain?
