Re: Another $20M, Allstate This Time

how many of these type articles are there out there? i wonder how many we never hear about, wonder if there is a pattern begining to develop.

hmmmmmm.

i wish somebody would post the letter written by a congressman to the honorable gentlemen at the farm. i would love to see the court of public opinion support this congressman.

incedentially, i called my st farm agent to discuss the increasing premiums on my life insurance, she says all the bad press is a result of being the big dog on the block, and they will win in all these cases. i hope the courts actually find the truth, with all the spin you never quite know, although my view might be a little bit jaundiced.

Re: Another $20M, Allstate This Time

This is crazy, the courts let this go on for 11 years, Allstate lost and will appeal it. I hope this guy gets 20 billion if they lose the appeal!

Re: Another $20M, Allstate This Time

Mark my words, that guy wion't see a penny for at least another 10 years.
