Has anyone heard anything about Honda Odyssey windshield cracking?
Had two customer with cracked windshield and no signs of impact. Both customers said they new someone with the same problem to there Odyssey.
The lower edge of the windhield is probally touching(or real close) metal and when the body moves it can crack the windsield. The pinchweld at the bottom corners about 18" in is very thin and flexable meteal. We do a lot of honda's and have seen this problem on the Odyssey before.
My oppion is the factory set the windshield to low and urethane was to thin. The windshield is also very heavy and has no setting blocks to keep it from sliding down before urethane sets up.
