Has anyone heard anything about Honda Odyssey windshield cracking?
Had two customer with cracked windshield and no signs of impact. Both customers said they new someone with the same problem to there Odyssey.

Re: Odyssey

Could it be a stress crack? Maybe coming from one outside edge or the other?

Re: Odyssey

It's probably one of those Canadian made windshields that cost an arm and a leg

Re: Odyssey

The lower edge of the windhield is probally touching(or real close) metal and when the body moves it can crack the windsield. The pinchweld at the bottom corners about 18" in is very thin and flexable meteal. We do a lot of honda's and have seen this problem on the Odyssey before.

My oppion is the factory set the windshield to low and urethane was to thin. The windshield is also very heavy and has no setting blocks to keep it from sliding down before urethane sets up.

I "think" there is a service bullet on this.

Re: Odyssey

do you work for speedy that could be it
