AIG to Refund $14 Million in Florida Settlement

It seems little is sacred, even overcharging for Terrorism insurance.

Geeeeezzz...didn't they get the fax with the "Fair and Reasonble rates for Terrorism insurance for your area"???

Re: AIG to Refund $14 Million in Florida Settlement

mark,

another consent order.

sounds like this one might get enforced. ha ha

are consent orders optional, or only to be followed while someone is watching? If i remember right, it is an agreement where nobody has to admit to wrongdoing but it is like a warning to quit doing what they are not admitting to doing?
