Urethane Reimbursement

We have been using the Sika MoveIt product which seems to be very good but with the low reimbursements from the insurers we are taking a loss on each application.

Any other suggestions of a urethane for a cold weather climate that is less expensive, and how much? My techs are telling me there warranties will go up if we switch, but we have no choice.

Re: Urethane Reimbursement

Cold weather to me is anything below 60. I use PPG rapid seal 200hv or Essex One on any job not in a body shop. Have had a few moldings come loose but haven't had a leak in 4 or 5 years. I cover my cost on kits but there really isn't much to spare. Use Essex 418hv when I know the vehicle isn't going anywhere the same day I work on it.

Re: Urethane Reimbursement

Have you tried the U-428 plus from Essex? It's less expensive than 418 and works really well!! I use ONE or Express for anything that going to be moving or if it's cold!
