This is what apoge was trying to avoid in the first place. Their ship was going down and they knew it. SO they sold it off to a guy who knew nothing of the auto glass industry and he completely sunk it. Now the name is available to the highest bidder and Im sure belron will purchase the name in Mn and there will be no more union employees and it will be business as usual. The company was good but prices have fallen so low they could not keep up with a union employees wages/benefit package expenses. Too bad for them. It will be fine in the end. Competition is a muther F. SO how long do you think before someone aquires the Harmon name in MN?
