IT IS EITHER RUBBER GASKET OR GLUE IN WITH EITHER 4 BOLTS OR CLIPS IN THE CORNERS . I HAD TO SAVE A GLUE IN ONE TIME AT BODY SHOP CUT IT OUT FROM INSIDE WITH COLD KNIFE INTERIOR WAS OUT NOT TO BAD
If I remember correctly,they are urethaned and bolted in.You have to remove the seats and interior,I think they are pretty easy to do.If you have a fien knife use that,it helps when cutting around the studs.good luck.
