FORD THUNDERBIRD WINDSHIELD INSTALLATION

NEED HELP IN DOING A 2004 FORD THUNDERBIRD WINDSHIELD. NEVER DONE ONE. WHAT AM I LOOKING AT TO DO THIS. CAN ANYONE HELP ME.

from what i remember ya gotta take the interior pillar trim off to UNBOLT the side mouldings....
...i can't remember about the top though...
every little bit helps, sorry that's all i can remember..ONLY DID ONE

pretty sure the top has a screw at each end under the a pillar molding and the push in retainers across the rest the sides are t bolted i think they are 8mm if you dont have a magnetic 8 use some goo on the inside of your socket to keep the nuts in there easy to drop em i cant remember where the wires plug in but im sure its obvious

We have done quite a few of DW 1429 cln's. Good advise on the goop for the nuts. The rest is cake.

....we usually have to 'comp' the goo.
just one of the ways we go the 'extra mile'

top unbolts from inside also. there are two screws on the outside after you gets the sides off.
