exciting franchise opportunity? tell me if this is true?

i heard of a guy who has a good reputation in the w/s business, the type guy i would not expect to be tricked or fooled, has just purchased a franchise.

this is the part i am wondering about, supposedly there is a franchise now available to repair thermal pane windows without replacing them?

from what i hear they drill the glass, fill it with something?, plug it and warranty it for 20 years.

i just can't imagine what they would fill it with that would reseal the thermal, let alone hide the water stains? maybe it is that fix a flat stuff?

Sounds like Crystal Clear Window Works. There website is listed on our glass.com links page.

I've talked to them at the glass show. The system looks interesting and seems to be legitimate.

It doesn't work on really badly damaged units and can't work (obviously) on tempered units, but it does seem to work on annealed units.

It's an interesting process
