Has anyone else experienced this? If a claim is called into Lynx/Metrix they want to know if the insured wants the work done closer to their zip code. Even if they are in your zip code. EXCEPT if your shop has a customized offer in Lynx/Metrix. Then zip codes do not matter. They will recommend people to you well out of your surrounding zip code area. Is this just another TPA trick to lower our price?

You asked for it, by joining the network!!! We don't experience problems such as this, because we have never joined a network. Our job level is high and we get paid much better than jumping through the "bs" with the networks.
