I used to think that if you received a part that was netted it was at least a quality part. Not so!! PPG sends us parts that they say are netted and the darn thing is an FYG glass. The bad thing is it isn't a specially manufactured part, no encap, no special attachments, its just a glass no frills. How wrong is that!? Can't think of specifics, just recall a couple of them the past couple of months and wondering how they can get away with that.

thats why i buy from 2 distributors, usually if ppg is net, pilkington isn't or vice versa. plus with current nags pretty much anything high dollar is net priced

prices are based on mfg's lists. check the list of the oem vs. aftmkt, they usually correspond up or down, especially on fcw's or new numbers.
