Thier customer service makes PPG look like Nordsroms. Oldcastle screws up an order a minimum of twice a week, after making it almost impossible to do business with them in the first place. I think I just fired them. Anybody have a flat glass distributor/fabricator that actually cares about thier customers, or have those days come and gone?

Old Castle Milwaukee is fantastic. Never one problem since they bought North American, who previously bought Hoffer's Glass, who used to distribute auto glass before Iowa bought them and was then sold to PPG.
