FYI

One of the largest car dealers here that we do body shop work for just called me, he has a Progressive claim for a DW1341 GBY ...he is allowed to charge $203.52 for everything, and Safelite called him to let him know they'll install one for $161.00. Yeah, the networks are really good for us. They're just plain freaking stupid for leaving money out in thin air for no reason at all. This is why we HATE you Safelite.

I bet SGC's work order showed the price they quoted the customer. Yet we all know they turned around an bill Progressive another price. Gee, who controls the invoices that go to Progressive???????? SGC
Love the games they can play with customer's and insurance companies. Wonder when the big guys at the insurance companies are going to realize this.
