Has anybody ever done one of these door glasses before. It is the insulated pass front door glass. For some strange reason I have never done one and everybody I know in the business has never done one. A step by step would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, John
Nothing special here same as a single M-B sedan door glass, just an extra piece of glass glued on. We had a customer wanting clear side glass & a w/shield on one of these. The doors & vents are made of 2 pieces the outer tinted and the inner clear. The clear runs in the channel on the doors. We pulled the glasses and separated the sealed units and put back the clear. Worked slick.
