2005 Ford Freestyle

I have a replacement on a 05 freestyle tomorrow and have not done one before. The windshield has a little plastic tab at the bottom that I have not seen before. Are these tough? Two man or one Man? Any tips?

The tabe is a setting guide,easy one man.

did 1 of these and ford has mismarked some part numbers. Be careful to measure how far the corner pieces on the cowl come up. i checked the build date on the vehicle and still got two different part #'s, but the same part. for now on my shop will measure the old shield and compare it to the new one.
