I'm seeing more models that call for with or without electrochromic mirror. Are these the ones that auto dim? or is it something else. Why does the mirror have anything to do with the w/s? example,,,, 04 Kia Serento,, fw2360 or fw2361. 9/04 list,1579.90,,,1674.30. EGADS current nags is 235.65 & 368.70 probably net priced parts to boot,, but oh yea net priced parts don't exist ha ha. so, who knows about this???

The only reason I can see for the different numbers is the black paint frit that covers thewires that come down from the roof.

Why don't they use the same windshield on all the cars ???

I dunno, it might make sense.

On the Infinity G35, there is a different mounting system for the electrochromatic mirror than for the standard mirror. I also think that there is something with Jags, but I'm not sure. Usually, though, it's just a frit that covers the wires.
