Toyota Highlander

I replaced a rear glass for a 2003 Toyota Highlander but the glass keeps getting off the track (the regulator gets disconnected from the railing at the bottom. I have re adjusted these twice any suggestions. I have never had this happen b4.

Was the glass broken due to vandalism? If so you may need to replace the regulator as well. Many times the regulator is bent or tweaked when a vandal "pops" the glass.
