van or rv

have you ever had a customer ask for a quote for a van windshield when it is a motorhome because they know the price is higher for motorhomes, and they can't understand why, "its just a van", and then say you are trying to screw them even though you explain it is more labor to do the job

We've run into this with the Ford Econoline and Chevy Express RV's. We just explain that because of the overhang, it requires 2 techs instead of 1 and that's why the difference.
