Some State Farm info

Here is some info I've got that may help others to direct bill State Farm.

Address: State Farm Glass Claims Services
Three State Farm Plaze South R-2
Bloomington IL 61791-0001

National Glass Rep: Ed Maher

Phone: 800-291-8650 (not sure if this is Ed's line or a main number)

In all honesty, when I direct bill, I send it to the agents. This has worked with agents I am familiar with, and some I've never spoken to. I include my invoice, a pay authorization signed by the customer, and (at least the first few times) a letter explaining why I believe my price is fair (even if not the lowest), and explaining that I am not willing to allow Lynx involvement, as is my right.

Doing things this way has worked very well for me. I hope it helps some others out there.

Re: Some State Farm info

have you ever signed with lynx or matrix

Re: Some State Farm info

I've never signed with Lynx and I've NEVER even been contacted by Metryx.

I used to be on an O & A with State Farm, but cancelled my participation a long time ago.
