labor.

hello everybody.first timmer on this sit.
just want to no for cash customer what are your labor rate for w/s.door,qt,back. just open a small shop since november,doing inshop only. haveing hard time finding good mobile installer. loc@sacramento,ca. need advice on marketing. thank you.

I don't want to seem harsh,but,you should have had all this figured out BEFORE you opened you doors.If you have a business plan in hand ,that will tell you everything you will need to know to succeed.Only you can determine your profit margin.My labor rate is the same for cash and insurance.
