We just went into same question.If for law enforcement you needNIJ fhreat level needed to proceed,plus notorized auth for bids.Funny market, tried for bids for 2 months before hitting paydirt.My quotes were 15,000.00 to 28,000.00 for 4 dr hummer.After intense search and many unwanted hackers on my computer,we found the best.Bought certified threat level for 1/10 of all others.If you buy make sure liabilty certification is valiate.NIJ(national institute for justice )is the most standard.If can help e mail and will give info.
