Hi all,

I currently own a time share (in Las Vegas) with someone else. We are both on the deed but want to remove me from it so it will only be owned by her.

I was referred by the time share company to file some paperwork to the Clark County Reporter Office (www.accessclarkcounty.com).

The Clark County office said I need "form that allows me to transfer the property".

Does anyone know where I can get this online?

my ex husband & i were both on my timeshare, when we divorced i had to contact who i had my timeshare thru and have them mail me a form && we had to pay to change the deed & mail back.

p.s. you should be able to get that form from a broker or tittle egency....soo your home resort should be able to send it.
